Born in Bolognetta, Provincia di Palermo, Sicily, Giovanni Lo Cascio's career in the culinary arts spans a 40 year tenure which he pioneered in Italy as Chef of the Ufficiali(Administrative Headquarter for the Italian Army) for the Provincia di Treviso near Venice.
Since 1985, The Lo Cascio Italian Restaurant has been family owned and operated in the Tempe - Scottsdale Area of Arizona.
